Aliens aren't real? Are you sure about that?
I'm not afraid of zombies. Which is why I'm settling in right now to watch either serious French Zombies, or hilarious Nazi Zombies when Todd is not home. You wouldn't catch me watching an alien movie on my own right now.
Zombies you can either outrun, fight, or just give in to and become one of them. Worst case scenario? They want yer brains. Aliens could possibly out think and over power you, and if all they wanted were your brains you'd be lucky. They don't lumber along slowly and noisily. They are stealthy.
Interesting me fact--at 5 years old, I had vowed to kill myself if it were ever proven that aliens were here on earth. I wasn't waiting around to see what they wanted. Thank God I didn't grow up during the whole War of the Worlds fiasco. Crazy thought for a kid to have.
Now as an adult I think that it all stems from a combination of being exposed to ET at far too early an age and being moved at 5 years old to a basement bedroom in a scary small town that had been a hotbed of UFO activity.
Also funny me fact that sums up my mother perfectly--in said basement one day my mom said to an approximately 6 year old me (with a completely horrified look on her face) "Oh my God, don't turn around, there's an ET behind you." I have never been more horrified in my life. It was a total "vertigo zoom" moment. And she wonders why I don't trust her.
