World of Fugazi

April Fools' Day Assholery
Written by todd

Sooooooo, as you may have noticed, this past April 1st saw a little bit of a new look to this site.  If you missed it, you can click the image to see what the site looked like on April 1st (and a few days following).  But, like with most things that go on here, no one gave a shit.

The only thing that did draw some attention (and some e-mail death wishes) was the little one sentence news item that I posted that said that I would post some interesting Fugazi News in the coming weeks. Now, in my defense, in order to get the ads working on the site, I had to post code into a news item. If I could do it again, I'd post a news item that didn't inspire false hope in people. I honestly didn't even really think about the disappointment that this headline might cause. I meant no one any harm.  However, I must admit that I don't really feel all that bad about people getting their hopes up about an article written on April the 1st (from a website promising happiness with the click of a mouse).

Anyway, to those of you whose dreams of a Fugazi reunion were dashed, my sincerest apologies.  There is no fugazi news. I didn't mean to dash your dreams.

But seriously people, 10 e-mails about the fugazi reunion, but not one comment about the fucking bullshit ads?  You people need to get your priorities ironed out.

Anyway, I promise to post nothing else here until I hear of some actual news.
